What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. However, as everthing sold by GaelMade is made to order, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please see AnPost.com for information on delivery times. Delays due to issues with An Post are not the responsibility of GaelMade, however we will always support you in chasing up delayed orders or filing issues/complaints with An Post.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality, sustainable and a fair value.

All printing of products is done in-house. Base tote bags and other clothing items are sourced through sustainable clothing companies.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are shipped from County Wexford, Ireland. At present, everything is sent by "An Post" and shipping is calculated based on their prices.

An Post Standard:

  • Orders shipped to an address on the island of Ireland will cost €3.50
  • Orders shipped to an address in the UK or the EU will cost between €8.00 & €10.00 depending on your location
  • Orders shipped to America and Canada are calculated in USD and ASD at checkout.

All orders over €50 will qualify for free shipping.

GaelMade is not responsible for customs charges or local tax charges. Please be aware of your local customs and tax policies when ordering from the Republic of Ireland.
